KELLEY, AILEEN W. WHITE

May 16, 1912 – Nov. 27, 2006)  Aileen W. Kelley, 94, retired school teacher for Tipton County School System for 42 years, died November 27, 2006 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton. Funeral service will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. November 29 at Garland Baptist Church. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery. Mrs. Kelley was the widow of Albert A. Kelley. She graduated from Memphis Normal School, which is now University of Memphis. She was the oldest member of Garland Baptist Church of 80 years. She leaves a daughter, Theta K. Rone and son-in-law, James Rone of Burlison, TN; two grandchildren, Stephen (Tracy) Kelley Rone and Deanna (Forest) Rone Nabors, and five great-grandchildren, Jackson Nabors, III, Kelley Grace Nabors, Jessie Aileen Nabors, Griffin James Rone, and Ian Christopher Rone. Services were Nov. 29 at Garland Baptist Church with Dr. David Price and Rev. Jim Whitley officiating. Burial was in Shiloh Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Theta K and James Rone of Burlison, two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
