Vintage yearbooks can reveal a lot of history! Who students and teachers were, what kind of activities did students participate in, what businesses were in town – all of these questions and more can be answered when perusing through an old yearbook. Perhaps, you’ll even come across grandma or grandpa’s photograph. The yearbooks here represent Tipton County Schools. Byars-Hall High School (BHHS) is no longer in existence, and neither is Frazier High. Munford High (MHS) and Brighton High (BHS) still are, along with Covington High (CHS) which was established when Frazier High and BHHS combined in 1971. All of these yearbooks are in the public domain.
If you have an old yearbook you would like to see published here, we’d love to add it! Contact Sherri Onorati at the Tipton County Museum for more details.
